Sticks and Stones

Sticks and Stones: A spoken word cycle
Commissioned by Contact as part of Rhythm and Words

A live performance, series of short films, and associated chapbook consisting of poems created using testimonies from both the victims and perpetrators of childhood violence. The piece was inspired by The Sticks & Stones Project, a public education campaign to reduce hate-based harassment in schools, which was awarded the Stonewall Bar Association’s Outstanding Service to the Stonewall Community award in 2002 and for which Siobhán was an ambassador.
